Manager, Product Sales Marketing

 We are seeking a Product Sales Marketing Manager to join our growing team! 

 Responsibilities 

The Manager is responsible for the promotion and sales of BSG services and product lines. This includes: 

  • Coordinating and executing marketing and sales strategies across service and product lines. This includes leading a bi-weekly marketing meeting with key BSG team members and ensuring execution of all aspects of the marketing strategy.
  • Identifying and conducting thorough market research on both the Company’s and competitor’s products through interaction with account executives, clients, and industry professionals in a variety of venues and in-field experiences.
  • Partner with department leads to coordinate and execute product demonstration presentations for clients and prospects. Leverage product knowledge and proven sales techniques to convert clients from competitor products.
  • Prepare and present executive reviews detailing product recommendations, sales market performance, and marketing initiatives monthly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience preferably in one of the following industries: high growth tech, public affairs, financial services, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales cycle, prior experience in consultative, solution selling approach is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or related technical/business field is a plus. Local travel and time in the field is required. Overnight travel out of state may be necessary at times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ﴾Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint﴿.
  • Ability to perform intermediate level mathematics and financial calculations.
  • Must be an effective team player that takes initiative and ownership of projects.
  • Must be self-motivated; have strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently to completion of tasks and deadlines.
