Ene Cloninger joins BSG as Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO Joe Pounder, bringing more than a decade of administrative and operations experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ilorin and is dual‑certified as a CAP and PACE professional.

Most recently, Ene supported the Chief Product Officer at Cradlepoint, an Ericsson subsidiary, where she partnered with a 800‑person global organization and managed relationships with Fortune 100 companies and major carriers. Her work also played a key role in merger and acquisition activity, including integrations involving Ericom and Ericsson.These experiences strengthened her ability to navigate shifting priorities, align diverse stakeholders, and keep teams moving during periods of rapid change.

Ene is known for her ability to quickly understand what executives need and bring clarity to fast‑moving situations. She anticipates challenges, creates structure, and quietly drives execution behind the scenes. Her strengths include executive operations, complex calendar management, and building trust at the highest levels of leadership.
