Ella Pounder is an Associate in BSG’s Media Intelligence Practice, where she produces daily intelligence products that help clients stay ahead of emerging narratives across the political and public affairs landscape.

Ella holds a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed on an accelerated two-year track while continuing to work full-time with the team. Outside of work, she is actively engaged in civic and community organizations.
