Carter Reese is a Managing Director in BSG’s Research Practice. Carter has more than a decade of experience in both public affairs and political research, working with corporate clients, coalitions, trade associations, and political campaigns. At BSG, Carter leads the firm’s research and analysis practice and advises clients across sectors including energy, finance, technology, and transportation.

Before joining BSG, Carter spent nine years at America Rising Corporation, where he directed research and rapid response efforts for presidential, Senate, House, and gubernatorial campaigns. His portfolio included overseeing research for high-profile confirmation battles and supporting multimillion-dollar independent expenditure campaigns in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Yale University.
