Aaron Baer is BSG’s Chief Technology Officer. Aaron focuses on turning the firm’s datasets, built from years of research and media intelligence work, into AI-powered tools that help clients gain sharper insights and make faster, better-informed decisions. He leads BSG’s proprietary technology, including the RaptorAI platform deployed firm-wide, BSG Rotunda for AI-powered legislative monitoring, MinotaurAI for video and audio intelligence, and Echo for podcast monitoring.

Aaron has more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of media intelligence, research, communications, and technology, supporting political, legal, and public-sector clients. Most recently he served as Managing Director of Kyber Research, BSG’s public records and business intelligence subsidiary. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of America Rising, and earlier led the firm’s national tracking and video operations across multiple election cycles, in support of congressional, gubernatorial, and statewide races nationwide.

Earlier in his career, Aaron directed media monitoring operations across presidential and federal races and issues, before moving into communications, research, and rapid response roles in state party politics, on gubernatorial campaigns, and in state government. He is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
