Tom Mulkeen

As Senior Director in the research and analysis practice, Tom Mulkeen brings years of experience working on political campaigns and public affairs fights to Bullpen Strategy Group. He most recently was a state director for the NRSC in one of the most competitive Senate races in 2020, where he managed a staff of over fifty people and oversaw a budget of over $1 million. Prior to that he worked at a public affairs firm for two years helping clients in the energy and financial sectors. Mulkeen is also a veteran of the RNC research department where he primarily worked on foreign policy issues. Prior to moving to Washington, he lived in New Hampshire for three years where he worked on political campaigns at the federal, state, and local level. He is originally from Westchester County, New York and is a proud graduate of Villanova University.
